Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Limit of 2 pets per home. Maximum adult weight is 50 pounds. Pet deposit is $150 per pet. Non-refundable pet fee is $150 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $10 will be charged per pet. It is our policy not to accept the following dog breeds, sub-breeds or any mix in their lineage: Rottweiler, Bull Terrier, Chow, Pit Bull, Akita, Mastiff, Briand, Presa Canario, Dingo, Perro de Presa, Giant Schnauzer, Airedale Terrier, Bouvier des Flandres, Dobermans (including miniatures), American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids and German Shepherds.
